Our Minilong Eyelash Perm features free cysteamine technology.
Unlike conventional perm solutions that use cysteamine HCl, Minilong uses free cysteamine, where the hydrochloride (HCl) part is removed. By eliminating the HCl component, we can reduce skin irritation while maintaining strong perming power.
